help wanted [23 Jun 2005|01:34am] i'm having a hard time getting a movie some friends and i made not too long ago on to dvd. i have it on a cd as a .wmv (windows media file) but apparantly that specific type does not like to burn to a dvd, i do not have a dvd burner of my own, and i have tried converting the .wmv to .avi, but that is too large to put on a cd. does anyone know what the hell i am talking about? and if so, can he or she (hopefully with a dvd burner) please help me possibly convert this thing into something that can be burned on a dvd, ideally with a nifty menu, but at this point i could care less, and get it on to a dvd for the publics viewing pleasure?? if you can, or know someone who can, let me know. thanksssssss. 6 peoples commented :: comment!

[29 May 2005|07:20pm] [ mood | bored ] haha.. i know this is like the 3rd entry on prom/weenie roast, and you are probably bored of it by now, but dude. there was this MAN: who was at our prom, he looked like he walked right out of the '70s, and he was taking random pictures of everyone with a nice camera, so weird! he took one of me even. so my friend says these pictures are online, and he shows me the link, and sure enough, there they are.. on this site: thecobrasnake.com/partyphotos he didnt put the one of me up, but oh well, then i looked around and he was at the weenie roast too! he is everywhere! and he took some nice shots of mars volta, so hey, one last post. [22 May 2005|11:19pm] [ mood | pleased ] what a great weekend. thursday i saw star wars episode III, it wasn't spectacular, but it was good, it was fun, i had fun. then friday of course was PROM. it was very cool, kayli and i went with a small group (3 couples and matt) and we took a limo. the prom was at universal studios, they closed off a section next to the terminator thing, and it was in the globe theater, it was really nice, seeing all my friends dressed up and whatnot. i thought it was tons better than at a hotel, it was a great evening. then we went to the friggen crazy after party at the hilton, me and kayli didn't stay just went back to my house and crashed. i had a great time. and ill post more pictures later. then saturday i got up bright and early and went with kelly adam and steph to kroq's WEENIE ROAST, at the verizon amphitheater. i wasn't able to get tickets myself, but kelly's gets free tickets to all the kroq shows and her brother didnt want to go so she brought me and adam, SO COOL!!! so here's my review: ( check it out ) 10 peoples commented :: comment!

a sad state of affairs [23 Dec 2004|12:52am] [ mood | less than awesome ] as some of you may know, i got into an accident on monday it was about 80% this lady's fault, 20% mine i'd say. i was just getting to my friend jordan's birthday party, and i decide to turn around and park on the opposite side of the street, so i am going to pull into a drive-way to do so, and this lady from behind me, plans on passing me, so she's going about 40 mph in a residential area on the wrong side of the road, i don't see her, and we slam into each other granted i didn't have my signal on, and i could think of a million other ways i could have avoided this, including not rushing to get the party on time, but shit fucking happens, and sometimes it happens hardcore. so what can i do? nuttin button. now i don't have a car, winter break just started, i cannot get anywhere, and my brave little mercedes-benz that i have driven for 2 years, i will never drive again.... oh the memories..... i don't think the repairs will be even worth the cost for the car because it is so old, but i don't know how the insurance stuff will play out so at the end of this semester, if i get the grades, i will get a new car, which would be more than awesome, i hope i do well. otherwise, no car for me anyone wanna help a poor fellow out and give me rides places? how do people live without a car ( check out the damage ) 16 peoples commented :: comment!

Then get up and be it [16 Nov 2004|07:53pm] [ mood | hungry ] so this weekend i went to palm springs with kayli and her family + it was a lot of fun, thanks so much honey!! i brought my camera, but that thing eats up batteries like.. some hungry battery eating monster, so it ran out of power quickly henceforth, i only took a few pics... which the majority of werent good at all, but on the way there, me and kayli stopped to get date shakes, which my brother told me i MUST do. i was scared to get it because i dont like dates and other mysterious fruit, but the shake was alright, it tasted like blended corn flakes cereal and milk. however this was not the highlight of the trip, just the only thing i have pictures of :D so yeah, good weekend. ....coming up DARRIUS (dec 9th) http://darrius.tk MY 18TH BIRTHDAY (nov 27) UC APP. I'M BACK WITH A VENGEANCE!! so it turns out my computer was getting royally fucked by the broken cd-drive i had left in. since there was some problem within the drive my computer was confused so it just froze. alls i had to do was unplug that faggity fag of a drive, and im up and running!!! yessssssss i was so afraid of losing all my files and music and pictures and settings and programs and everything. what a relief. heres some useful advice: BACK UP ANYTHING OF IMPORTANCE ON YOUR COMPUTER. youll be glad you did when one day your computer doesnt start and you think you lost it all. :) yay! 20 peoples commented :: comment!
